Last night I had a dream or it might have been nightmare. It’s hard to tell really since it was most terribly delightful and full of delicious terrors all at once. I don’t seem to remember it all. One thing stands of out from the hazy mist of my unconscious mind though such as a big yellow spider with great legs and awe-inspiring fangs. It talked to me. Not many people do but the spider did. We were standing in a vast dimly lit square in the middle of the night. There air was quite foggy, cold and damp. I could see my breath condense before me. The spider didn’t seem to have one, a breath that is. I suppose you don’t need one in the realms where he usually dwells. “Beware of the blue lights. You’re time has not come yet. Tomorrow you will bring five spoons of the red spirit powder. You know what I am referring to. Five spoons, no more, no less. Meet me here with it in a wooden box at the same hour tomorrow and I shall tell you more”, he said in a deep voice much like that of famed horror actor Christopher Lee. I still don’t what red powder he was talking about or where I could find. Maybe I know it when I see it. Perhaps I can come by some at the auction site lauritz.com, they’ve got virtually anything. Hopefully it’s nothing dangerous or illegal. But I’ll certainly do my best; I wouldn’t want to disappoint the golden spider.

I am to do a survey on behalf of my company. The survey is supposed to cover the public view on some of the services our company provides. The thing is though, I never done this sort of thing before. A large scale quantitative survey, that is. I really don’t know where to begin. What I do know thought is that questions on the inevitable questionnaire must be extremely well balanced and exact down to the single letter. I’m not sure exactly how to accomplish that. It would have been a lot better actually, for the company as well as for myself, if one of my coworkers who have more experience in this sort thing had been assigned to the task. But it is the way it is. I shall persevere. My feeling as of now is that I should probably requisition some pro-grade survey tools if I am to get the job done in a proficient matter.
